Four tabs. One practical starting point.
- Start Here: simple instructions and sample-data guidance.
- Sales: quantity, prices, discounts, received cash and unpaid balances.
- Expenses: cash payments and short descriptions.
- Summary: choose a date range and compare the recorded totals.
There is room for 500 sales and 500 expense entries. Formula columns calculate automatically when opened in compatible spreadsheet software. Fictional sample totals: sales ₱410, cash received ₱350, expenses ₱110, cash difference ₱240, and unpaid sales ₱60.
Use it thoughtfully.
- Save your own copy and replace the fictional sample entries.
- Check calculated totals against your source records.
- Keep your workbook private and save backups of your own copy.
The workbook runs locally and does not submit your entries to AI Negosyo PH. This is a learning aid, with limited entries and no multi-user access. The cash difference is not profit; inventory costs, taxes, financing and other transactions are not fully covered.
